Dan Burkholtz is a Physician Assistant who works closely with Dr. Norton in all aspects of both surgical and nonsurgical care. He graduated from the University of Florida’s College of Medicine PA program and completed his undergraduate coursework in Gainesville as well.
Dan has worked in the Spine surgery field for over 15 years. He believes that each patient’s symptoms and pain is unique; understanding their condition and diagnosis is critical to helping them achieve their best possible quality of life.
Ryan Horten comes to Florida Spine Associates with a wealth of knowledge in head and neck surgical procedures and has completed clinical rotations with LPG Hospitalists Gulf Coast Medical Center, Fort Myers Internal Medicine, Park Royal Hospital, and more. He received his master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers and his bachelor’s in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. He will be supporting Dr. Milad Alam, and seeing patients at the Boca Raton and Atlantis offices.
Elizabeth Moore is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience in spine and pain management. She completed her Master’s in Nursing with a specialty in family practice at Pace University in New York City in 2014.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked for many years as a Registered Nurse at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and the Hospital for Special Surgery.
Elizabeth is well versed in multimodality management of acute and chronic pain conditions.

Andrew Weiss, DPT
Andrew Weiss is a Physical Therapist, athlete and educator. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science from Touro College School of Health Science, graduating top of his class. He was awarded with the prestigious Academic Excellence Award upon graduation.
Andrew treats an array of patients, including those suffering from sports, orthopedic and neurological conditions. He creates customized treatments that integrate education, neuro reeducation, therapeutic exercise and other strategic techniques.
Andrew’s unique approach to healing adapts a biopsychosocial model that is both evidence-based and holistically informed.
Nicole Vega is a board-certified Physician Assistant who specializes in pain management and works closely with Dr. Auerbach. She provides in-office care as well as assisting with minimally invasive procedures at the surgery center. She graduated from Florida International University’s PA program in 2020 and completed her undergraduate studies at Felician University. Originally from New Jersey, Nicole has prior experience in Emergency Medicine at Overlook Medical Center in Union and Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville. She is dedicated to building relationships with her patients and working with them to establish their healthcare goals and needs. Nicole resides in Delray Beach and enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.

Charlotte Vinton, a board-certified Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner, has a passion for serving patients. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner, master’s in Nursing with a concentration in Healthcare Leadership, and bachelor’s in Nursing from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Vinton has over five years of combined experience as an Advanced Practice Provider and Acute Care Registered Nurse. She will work alongside Dr. Robert Norton at the Boca Raton office.
