- One-time change of physician: Evaluation and treatment under authorized one-time change requests, in accordance with state Workers’ Compensation regulations.
- Out-of-state workers’ compensation: Treatment for injured workers whose claims originate outside the state, subject to authorization and payer requirements.
- Federal workers’ compensation (U.S. Department of Labor): Evaluation and treatment for eligible federal employees under the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP), including accepted federal claims.
